        This is the worst GP at Chislehurst, administration is rude, they don't pick up the phone.We are waiting on line sometimes 2 hours.I don't recommended this GP.

        Outrageous 1hour 30 wait for appointment and even then its only telephone appointment if you need urgent appointment you would die before they would help

        My doctor is absolutely wonderful however reception front staff is very poor. Never return calls and the call wait time is crazy. Sometimes when i finally do get through my call gets disconnected.

        Extremely rude receptionists and Doctors particularly that smallish Indian doctor Dr Howell, rude, impatient and not helpful. Avoid her. Whats the point of being a GP if youre not patient enough to listen to patients. Dont register with them, you're better off with another surgery.
