We were very happy in our current home, but there was a niggling need to see what else was out there on the market. JDM was one of 3 agents that viewed our house when we decided to put it on the market and they listened intently to what we were looking for. We met the entire team, it felt like business from the get go. But at the same time, JDM had a gentle nature that allowed us to feel like there was no rush. Considering we only really wanted to live on 1 or 2 roads in the whole Chislehurst area, and that was a lot to ask, we chose JDM as we had seen that over the space of 6 months they had the best quality houses on the market, for us. It was a gamble, but one that really paid off. Our home was sold in the same weekend. We viewed 2 houses with JDM and purchased the second within a few days of looking - on our dream road. They just knew what we were after, promised that theyd find it, and they did, fast. Lorraine Ray took care of us the whole way through but Stephen, Debbie and Lorraine Gatward also managed concerns when there was a mishap elsewhere in the chain. We felt in safe hands. Thanks JDM, this is our forever home that our baby girl will grow up in. As soon as we saw that garden we knew youd found us a winner. Wonderful days ahead.
