We sold our house through Humphriss & Ryde during a very difficult time for the property market. Matthew helped and supported us every step of the way. He is a professional and a gentleman like there are not many left and together with his team deserves all our gratitude and appreciation. We bought our house eight years ago and already back then we had been pleased with their services. When the time came for selling it again we had no doubt as to which estate agent to choose. Whether you are buying or selling I highly recommend Humphriss & Ryde.

Avoid this estate agents!!!! They accepted my holding deposit for a property, I completed the application and passed all the referencing, on the day the contract was due to be signed I got a call from the agents telling me the landlord had pulled out!!! I was given no explanation and me and my children have been left homeless just before Christmas. I was offered no alternative no help at all and all of my emails have been ignored. Do not use this estate agents!!!!!! They have no care for their customers at all!!! The whole experience has been traumatic.

Johanna was open and transparent throughout our house buy in Chislehurst. She worked hard to ensure all parties were satisfied and ensured the purchase went through at a tough time when COVID-19 had hit. Matthew and Johanna made it stress-free viewing houses with them over our 14 month search. Often agents can play games - there were none here at all.

David Tracy was great when we found our flat at the start, and the flat itself was perfect. However when we left we were told to pay 300 cleaning costs (although the flat was already in great condition). Upon sense checking the conditions report when we moved in, the wear and tear was highlighted on that report but unfortunately not considered. 300 cleaning fees for a 2 bedroom flat is quite excessive, and coinsidentely this was the preferred supplier for Humpriss and Ryde and it we didnt use them we would incur a 172 fee plus the cleaning costs we would have to pay if we went elsewhere. Overall, disappointed as we essentially paid an extra surcharge for cleaning the flat to a pristine condition for the tenants before!
