Awful company happy to take your money but unable to provide the services they promise. I hired Stewart to investigate cracks above a doorway and to write a report to include necessary remedial works what I received back was a ambiguous pre written template with no recommendations for the remedial works required. Tried to contact for a month via phone and email and it was impossible to track him down. Have now asked for a refund which has been completely ignored and so will report to trading standards. I very rarely leave reviews but felt in this instance I had toning he hope that if you read this you will avoid their services and save yourself the time and money I have wasted.

Appalling! I paid several hundreds of pounds for a survey which I never received! Do not use this company. They very promptly sent me an invoice then took about a week to give me a two minute phone call in which they ran quickly through some of my questions about the property. When I asked when I would get the written survey they siad they were very busy at the moment and it might be a week or two. After 7 weeks of waiting I have decided to report them to Trading Standards. Avoid if you don't fancy being robbed!

This company came out and carried out a survey on a property for me, they arrived on time and I received the report within the seven days that they specified. All in all very good.
