1st Drainclear Ltd

Really sad that this company has deteriorated badly. I called in December to get a Drain unblocked and they did not turn up, claiming a van broke down. I waited for a call to let me know when they would come and it never arrived. I contacted them again in January and they said , oh we did not call back as we thought you would get someone else. I said no, I was waiting for you as a loyal customer. Still no one came. I called again today .. and guess what the new van has broken down. They were very unpleasant on the telephone. Guilt I guess. Apparently despite always using this company in the past I am not a regular customer and so I am treated differently.

Fantastic service at really cheap prices. Dealt with my problem quickly and efficiently. No hassle, no fuss. Cleaned up everything afterwards. If you need your drains sorting this is the company to use, cannot recommend them highly enough.

Stay away from Stuart at 1st Drainclear. Worst company ive ever used! Turned up at my property to clear a drain Monday, said he was going to grab some tools then disappeared. He then ignored my calls and when i threatened to leave a negative review he called me up swearing and cursing. Totally unprofessional! What a joke of a company. Avoid these cowboys!

Professional and efficient service , friendly staff from phone to engineer .Price was as stated on the website .very happy customer would strongly recommend their services.
