Dr V Tanna - The Chislehurst Medical Practice

The worst medical practice I have ever come across. Dont ever try telephoning them. You will hold on for an hour listening to the same recorded message over and over again to try to tell them that the meds you went to your pharmacy to collect were not there and then be cut off. The frustration of belonging to this useless practice will make you ill.

Was 1 in the que for 20 mins for them to pick up hang up :( they said get doctors call 9:50 nothing happened

Much appreciate the help and support of one. of the reception ladies who went the extra mile to sort out my urgent prescription needs 10 minutes before long bank holiday weekend. Every time I have to call the surgery I am waiting for a receptionist to answer between 40mins to over an hour. What do elderly people do or those that are anxious and need to be spoken to urgently? No wonder so many people are seeking private healthcare! I can book an appointment and speak to a doctor in the same time it takes for my doctor surgery to even answer the phone!
