        I needed to find out if my immunization was still valid as I am soon to travel for work. Very slow response even though I chased up twice. On Friday morning I was told the nurse was in and if I didn't get an answer by mid afternoon I should phone back. I didn't so I phoned up and was told that the nurse has gone home and I would have to wait until Monday. There seems to be no urgency to get anything done.

        This practice is amazing, the receptionists, the doctors and the nurses are so polite, friendly, caring and thorough with every visit. I have been visiting this surgery quite often since my premature twins were born and the level of care they give not only my twins but also myself is outstanding. Nurse Karen is absolutely amazing with my twins and has also helped me mentally through some really difficult times which I cannot thank her enough for! I always feel like I am in good hands when visiting this practice. Thank you
