Absolutely disgusted at the customer service i received this evening from one of the sales assistants Neil and the covering manager Sid who wanted to cause an argument and embarrass me for no other reason than being on a power trip over cashing in scratchcards. Having been a customer of this branch for a very long time, I'm so upset how I was treated this evening. Customer services will be receiving a formal complaint.
