Richard and his team have recently completed an eight month renovation program to my house in Downe. It has been a pleasure and a relief to at last find an honest, conscientious and professional contractor. All aspects of the project given to experienced tradesmen specialising in their field. (No jack of all trades) With a job finished on time and below estimated budget I have no hesitation in recommending Richard and OBC Ken Eastwood.

I count it as a real blessing that we came across Richard and his experienced and friendly team when we started work on the renovation of our Edwardian house in SE London. The work carried out was of a superb standard. Richard and his team offered creative and practical solutions to all building and design problems and executed the work with huge efficiency and professionalism. We had absolute trust in OBC's judgement -- options and explanations were always given -- and the company's accounting procedure was transparent throughout. Richard was always on hand to oversee work and at the end of the phone. Homes are precious, and I would absolutely recommend OBC to transform yours. Our work was completed seven years ago. Nothing has has gone wrong and we are still enjoying the house. Thank you OBC!

Richard in one of the most honest, reliable and hard working contractors I have ever met. I have used OBC for the full renovation of two properties and would certainly use again. Richard enjoys staying up to date with new materials and methods and is great about investigating any problem and coming up with a solution. He and his team are very knowledgable and the quality of the work is of really high standard. Always courteous and promptly available when needed. Would definitely recommend OBC Building and Construction.
