I would avoid this company, Driver turned up late, They changed the driver without advising new contact number or name and trying to find a number to contact them at 10pm on Sunday night is impossible, the number on website goes to voicemail. I emailed them afterwards to complain as was basically to go away, there have done their Job, It is not in the terms and conditions to advise me of a new name / contact number of driver, Very unprofessional company in my opinion.

EEC were supposed to pick us up at 09:30 in Bexley for Ascot after numerous calls and lied to many times coach finally arrived at 10:40 the driver telling us he had two previous jobs the last being a 09:00 pick up in Eltham for a drop off in Dulwich, so how the hell did they expect to get back to Bexley for 09:30. An absolute appalling company wouldn't recommend at all, as there are plenty of other reliable and good coach hire companys. If I could give zero stars I would. Missed our lunch slot due to delay. Don't use EEC.
