What an experience !!! If I could give a zero I would. Took my vehicle in for its first service. The invoice I received for my vehicle was with someone elses name and address. When asked to amend this ,the staff member said she would email me the corrected paperwork later that day. No email received. Getting through to the service team here is extremely difficult ,you are directed from a call centre in Birmingham (nuts) After 3 attempts I received the correct invoice.( The male colleague didn't want to deal with it as she was on holiday.) I also received an email from their Walton branch with my name and somebody elses vehicle showing faults . Four days after my service an engine fault appeared on my van screen. The male service desk call taker said it has nothing to do with them ( even without looking ,how do you know?) I was also told I would need to pay for diagnostics. On leaving Chislehurst branch on the day of the service I was told I would be contacted in a few days to see how the vehicle is running. A week later nothing. Please scroll through the reviews on here, two of the reviews Annette Drummond and Sean Pickerill are both members of staff . Are there more staff reviews on here? I do not wish to criticize the garage staff (mechanics) as I really cannot fault them . It would have been nice to meet them, maybe I would have had a better experience. However the service team have been nothing short of Very poor and indifferent. Not even an apology. If you like to receive Good customer service then Avoid this branch like the Plague. I came to this business based on the reviews. I now know that at least two are not independent customers.
