This probably seems like an odd review, as I havent been to Sallys for a while due to the fact that I moved away from the area. Since then I have been to several other establishments and I can honestly say I have never experienced the same standard, not even close to the quality of service I received at Sally Haydens for many years. A level of service that I truly miss along with Sally and her team. So I just wanted to post this review for all those years of consistently wonderful treatments - thank you! Services: Manicure, Body waxing, Pedicure

Man and teenager facials. Fabulous. A great treat. I really enjoyed and feel fab. Teenager said it was "ok" which is high praise indeed and up there with "alright"!

I had advanced electrolysis on milia around my eye almost one year ago. I was told there would be no downtime and only a slight red mark, a 'dot' for a couple of days. The procedure was actually very invasive and left quite nasty scabs around my eyes. When the scabs fell off I had red bruising for months, which would exacerbate with exercise. I have no doubt the the lady carrying out the procedure had not done it around the eyes for some time and went in way to hard which has left lasting damage to my skin. I still have broken vein type things come up sometimes in the area as well as hyperpigmentation. Neither are too noticeable at this stage but they are still there, and they were very noticeable for months. The salon treated me pretty badly afterwards. They seemed to change their tune on what I could expect from the procedure, backtracking from the 'no downtime' statements and offering me more treatments in place of my money back when I asked for it. They did agree to half of my money back in the end. I think they should have been more apologetic. I would never go there again.
