        Living away from Chislehurst for the past 5 years, I had reason to visit the Chislehurst branch to enquire about a transaction via the BACS process. Imagining the procedure to be somewhat convoluted, Jason Evans put my mind at ease with a straightforward explanation. Remembering past visits, I always found Mr Evans to be most pleasant and efficient. Kudos also to Sue Lambton who was similarly capable and personable when I dealt with a rather protracted and emotional probate/sale of the family estate before I left the area. Bravo; great employees, Barclays!

        Very disappointed when visiting bank recently not to be able to complete my transactions. Was told they were closing at 3.30 pm. Their information on line clearly states closing is 4.30 pm
