The work process with Daniel and Jolanta was smooth and enjoyable. They were great at coming up with creative ideas for our extension project in London conservation area (along with satisfying our desires and planners). Daniel was patient and extremely helpful on the way going through the planning application process. He is experience of running projects for grade II listed properties is very helpful - to gain the understanding of further expertise needed, and get help of pushing the project further. We have loved working with Jolanta and Daniel on our house extension plans to date - after a short meet up they knew exactly what we were looking for and have nailed the brief. The designs and images produced are clear, modern and professional, allowing you to see options and get a feel for what the finished article will look like. The communication is quick and efficient both via email, WhatsApp and Zoom, allowing us to discuss ideas and see their impacts on the designs with quick turnarounds. I asked Studio 212 to aid in a planning application and further development of a dormer loft conversion in a conservation area. The quality of planning and communication have been amazing and I highly value and recommend for any future work. Jolanta and Daniel made sure to accommodate for every little detail and comment I had on the application and I am very grateful for it. They also paid huge detail to the property being in a conservation area and considered all possible complication scenarios. I'm looking forward to completing the project once a permission is granted.
