The elevator in our block( over stone court) has been broken for 15 days, and I have a wheelchair kid. I called them twice to ask for an update and every time, and they said that when the parts arrive, they will repair it. But he is unable to go to school and his medical appointment. They don't understand the difficulty we face and I don't understand why it is taking this much time for them to repair.

Home from Home property Management are by far the best company that I have rented through. From my very first phone call to them they have been truly amazing. We are now in our dream property. Problems have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and I look forward to renting through them for as long as possible.
