As listed by wyro green homes Ultra-low energy A EPC rated homes with solar panels, solar battery storage, upgraded insulation, triple glazing, electric vehicle charger and much more. But yet majority of these property buyers have had to buy additional radiators to heat up these cold poor built houses. Overpriced and communication after sales of these properties are poor.

The way in which this company operates and treats people is absolutely disgusting, this company does not consider the impact of their actions. Discrimination,using blind bidding wars, reserving homes for nearest and dearest, promising and assuring potential buyers work and snagging will be done on time. People are being left with costs whilst this company messes about with people's lives. Something should be done to stop this happening. It's unfair and cruel treatment.

Disgusting behaviour from this company with purchasing a new build ,we were excited to purchase our first house and they have ruined it for us ,we got delayed on searches to come back (out of our control) they extended the time frame to allow this ,then we received an email giving us 2 days to exchange otherwise they will withdraw ,45 minutes after receiving that email they phoned our solicitor and said they are withdrawing even tho we still had 2 days ,we still tried to exchange for the next 2 days they refused, leaving us homless now with a 7year old child as we have to move out our previous rented property and money out of our pocket due to fees ,always coming back with excuses dont even know if the company knows about the ins and outs but seems to all come back to mark bamber and Alan Cound other excuse was the snag list was to long to be completed in time ,what a lie,and the other (main) reason was basically Discrimination but that won't go down in writing
