        All abilities and level of fitness welcome. Burn calories and get fit whilst having fun. Stu makes the classes so varied and different each time, no two weeks are the same. Come and give it a try, you'll feel great afterwards.

        Great fun! perfect for beginners like me. Great to get out the house and do some group exercise specially when you WFH for weeks. Highly recommend it!

        Its fun, all abilities and ages are welcomed. You go at your own pace and nobody judges each other. I started off doing PT with Stuart as I had a preconceived idea that classes would be a bunch of fitness fanatics all trying to outdo each other. Absolutely the opposite- just a fun, social bunch all there for differing reasons. Ive been training with Stuart for 6 months now and lost a stone through PT and classes. Its the best I have felt in a long while so come and give it a go!

        Great classes by Stuart. Great fun. Stuart does a Boxercise and circuits class and both get your heart pumping, but with an Element of fun. Classes arent too big and the hall in Banstead is nice. Highly recommend. Pam
