I recently asked Jo for her opinion about my house. We were debating selling, a loft conversion or maybe staying put a while longer and couldnt decide what to do. I was really conscious of wasting her time if I didn't decide to put the house on the market but she assured me that she was happy to come out to us irrespective of the decision we made. We did in fact decide to stay where we are for now, but Jo was so friendly and honest, and gave us amazing advice I would have certainly asked her to be the one to sell for us had that been the route we went down. I figured the least I could do in return for her time was leave her a positive review. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you get in touch with Jo/Hallways if you bare thinking if selling or letting a property. Since leaving the comments above, we have gone back to Hallways to rent out property in East Croydon and the service far surpassed any other agent we've used in the 10 years of owning it. Jo and her team came highly recommended and they were brilliant throughout the process of selling our home. Jo was excellent at liaising with all relevant parties and ensuring things progressed. Jo and her team were very professional friendly and incredibly helpful. We had not moved for over 20 years so needed that help. If her phone went to answerphone she always rang back asap. Kept us informed as to the buyers current position which was needed as we had several fall by the wayside due to mortgage issues. Even so she was always very positive and quickly rearranging more viewings and offers. At completion was very proactive in making sure everything was completed expeditiously. Will use again to sell my mother in laws house in due course.

Jo and her team have been amazing from start to finish . They sold our house quickly and efficiently and liaised with everyone constantly to keep things moving along .
