EXTREMELY rude man with strong African accent answered the phone to me.. I asked a question and he completely shut me down and told me he couldn't talk to me. Absolutely shocked by way I was spoken to...This man should NOT be allowed to deal with the public!!

Didn't respond to an email enquiry, went face to face and the guy looked at me like I was an idiot when I asked him to come and have a look and give me a quote. Rubbish customer service

DBS took over Green Sun windows a few years ago. Green Sun installed double glazed windows and a back door for me. They lasted about 2 years before the locks started breaking and the door dropped significantly - poor quality items used. They also provided a 10 year guarantee. I tried to use that guarantee after DBS had taken them over to get the issues fixed. The customer service was incredibly poor, workmen didn't turn up when I had waited in for them and after several months of this they eventually managed to fix the door but had to order new parts for the locks. A year and a half later and I'm still waiting for them to get back to me as my locks are still broken and they don't respond when I contact them. I would avoid this company if you want ongoing customer service.
