Used to have Sunday roast here once every two months. It used to be great quality. Blushing beef, well cooked veggies. However the quality has been declining since covid. I have only just left the restaurant after ordering a Sunday roast and I cant see myself going back. Beef was tough, as were the green beans. Other veggies soggy. Not good enough for the price and how they used to judge themselves. Kids food was even worse, could hardly cut the chicken. Sad decline from what used to be a really good kitchen. 2 stars as the pub is beautiful / cosy with good waiters.

Went here today for lunch today we were welcomed and shown to are table promptly. The waitress came over to take our order but had to wait nearly a hour for our food once it arrived was very enjoyable. Just the time taken let them down
