Rude attendant! I needed some clothes washed urgently (as my washing machine is currently not in use) I found this establishment via google, it seemed the closest and nicest. I stepped inside, asked attendant Do you take card payment or is it cash only? Attendant abruptly said YES I answered ok, but which is it? she replied in a rude manner CASH Not very welcoming and to be spoken too like that the moment you walk in, very off putting. I dont use laundrettes, last time I used one was about 10 years ago so I thought they may have changed since (technology evolving etc with cashless systems) But anyway I walked out to find somewhere else. Wont be stopping by again anytime

My washing machine broke and Ive been coming in for two weeks now even tho my washing machine is now fixed because everyone is just so nice expecially sue. Lovely place x

A poor laundry where need renovations. Very bad wash I called the laundrette to let them now I was unhappy as been a customer for a very long time. No apology insisting the clothes have been washed. Left me with no choice but to leave a review. Clothes all stuffed back into the black bags do not smell as if washed. Said they have changed policy of folding washed clothes from past 4 to 6 months and only stuff them back in the bags

Love this place!! I know its a laundrette! But its clean the machines wash well, the dryers are great and the staff are very nice indeed! Well done everyone at Bubble Brothers.
