I come into this petrol station every day for the past 4 years so I am a very loyal customer but the way the staff talk to people is just plain rude! , I have spoken to the manager about it and he said its a language barrier. A language barrier has nothing to do with people skills and customer service ! If your staff dont understand how to talk to people why employ them? Will not be coming in here ever again!!!!

Always 50/50 as to whether you'll be able to send a parcel, first it's the printer, then I start printing my own labels and they say it's the scanner. The next nearest parcel drop is Epping, and yet their scanner or printer is never broken also their kindling (and just about everything else) is almost double the price of the kindling a few yards down the road at Nisa, far cheaper options for fuel around too! (Norton Heath) There is a younger man there who is always really lovely, but most the others have been quite standoffish and rude over the years, they always tell me its broke, come tomorrow, and wave me off, today was the 5th time they couldn't send my parcel

Had a parcel delivered here, turned up with my ID and tracking number. The man behind the till refused to give me my parcel and was very unhelpful. Unfriendly experience and my problem isnt resolved.
