Horrific company - DO NOT USE I ordered a storage box back in August, and come December it had not arrived. All my complaint emails were ignored, and despite promising a refund, nothing has appeared. Their customer service is non existent. Do not use this company!

Took two good friends here , was so disappointed the girl at the till really didnt want to be their ,on her phone all the time , nothing priced felt awful kept asking how much certain things were, just get everything priced then we wouldnt be asking

Possibly the worst company to deal with. Promised delivery in July/August and in October still waiting for the goods or a refund. Nobody returns calls, and nobody responds to emails. Do yourself a favour and don't buy anything from these con artists.

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff, the Christmas display is stunning. Brought some beautiful new baubles and natural looking door wreath. Great to supporting our local shops.

Staff very disinterested in the customer more interested in checking their phone. Nothing like a good bit of customer service, rude gir behind the counter who has no personal yet customer skills at all. Shame really as the shop has lovely Christmas stock!!!
