        Their employee Antonio Barba Garcia was allowed back to work after a complete mental breakdown which was witnessed by staff. A letter was received stating he should not return until a doctor's certificate was received, but despite this, he was due to a possible promotion to Director. Thereafter Antonio Barba Garcia was able to set up a company, ABG Electrical to gain contracts with Design Coalition's main client, Mitchell & Butler as he knows tender price.
