Glenn, Kelly and the team did a fantastic job in arranging the build of our Orangery. We are very pleased with the build and it is a great addition to our house, Ryan and his team who did the build were great guys to have around as well as Steve and team who did the windows. Great customer service experience. No hassling to purchase unlike other double glazing companys. Very good experienced installers and funny, they even took their shoes off!. All old windows and rubbish was taken away and hoovered inside. Any issues are resolved there and then. Cant thank and recommend this company enough. After getting a lot of estimates this company was the cheapest but with quality materials as I work in the trade. House feels so much warmer after having aluminium doubled glazed windows before. I will now save on heating costs 100%. Thank you Oakland Home Improvements.

Excellent Service We had new windows and doors fitted by this friendly helpful company. They provided a fast and professional service with superb help and advice. The delivery and installation was to a set time schedule with tidy and excellent workmanship. They also provided a superb after service. Wouldnt even give this company 1 star but unfortunately, to write a review I have to. My advise is to stay well away from this company. When Oakland installed the smart aluminium windows we noticed there were scratches on every single window frame and Juliette balcony door frame ... inside and out.. one window did not fit in the hole! Non of the windows were foamed in which made then unfit for purpose. Apparently the director of the company thought this was acceptable as its within the British standard.. After 6 weeks of them trying to fob us off (director was always on holiday) they finally agreed to cancel the contract and took the windows out.. leaving us with no windows in our property as they didnt offer to put our old windows back in, but not before getting aggressive and manipulative.. they have not returned our deposit, phone calls or emails!! Absolute cowboys!! We have gone with a far superior product (origin) with a professional company who have charged us a lot less than Oaklands!!
