Green Cleen (Epping Forest & Harlow) Ltd

We've been using Green Cleen Epping for 10 years. He does a great job and we're happy with the service. Surprised by some of the negative comments and sounds like they must have signed up just after he visited your area. He covers a large area and has a rota of when he visits each. Once a year, you may miss a clean depending on when he takes his holidays which is fair enough and has never bothered us.

I've been using matt at green clean bins since 2015 always does a great job easy to deal with .working through covid keeping my bins clean safe me and the bin man. Could not ask for better

I don't often post reviews, particularly negative ones but after now being essentially blanked by this company I have no choice. Green Cleen Epping Forest & Harlow continued to receive standing order payments from me for a prolonged period of time whilst NOT cleaning my bins. When I queried this with them directly they couldn't even confirm when my last actual clean was (I suspect I have paid for months or even years for a service I wasn't receiving before it all came to light). I escalated to their head office - they have ignored my email and never pick up the phone. So am now essentially being ghosted by them. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY, IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG THEY WILL IGNORE YOU ENTIRELY. THEIR HEAD OFFICE WILL NOT HELP YOU EITHER. Service: Cleaning
