Ongar Bridge

I normally buy my cars new but given that Id have to wait 12 months due to the current supply delays I decided to look around for a good used one, ideally through a main dealer. For that reason when the perfect model came up at a non main dealer 110 miles away - Ongar Bridge - I was nervous. Pictures of a dodgy used car lot with man in a trilby and camel coat came into my minds eye. This was not helped in the first minutes of my initial enquiry call by Peter saying "but were Ongar Bridge - weve been around for 30 years - honest, you can trust us!". You know what, I could. The guy did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would. He was all over the detail, totally professional and the car - 3 years old - was presented like new. It was just before Xmas and the postal service was on strike so there were a couple of bits of documentation that I had to trust him to get and send on. He did. Outstanding service was received when dealing with Ongar Bridge Motors, especially from Peter. He couldnt have been more helpful, going above and beyond as well as informative. We travelled from the Isle of Wight and picking up our new Evoque couldnt have been a smoother transaction. We were provided regular updates, pictures and the vehicle was even better in person, we love it! It was beautifully presented, prior to our arrival. In the future, we wouldnt hesitate to consider Ongar Bridge for vehicle purchases. Thank you Ongar Bridge Motors but in particular Peter! I have had my Range Rover sport now for nearly 6 months, so now is the time to write a genuine review. I dealt with both Nick and Peter, both were very knowledgable about the vehicle specifications and made the purchase a pleasure. As for the vehicle, it was spotlessly clean and mechanical spot on. I have now driven it for over 5k miles and it hasnt missed a beat. There is no doubt I will be back when I need my next Range Rover. Thank you

The service from these guys is second to none, every aspect has been seen effortless, the car was ready for me when I wanted it, perfect condition, great communication, I wont be going anywhere else for a long time!
