Joinerysoft Ltd

We bought Joinerysoft 5 or 6 years ago after being constantly contacted by them. I was told it was all singing all dancing and could do everything we as a small bespoke joinery company needed. That's true if all you do is square and rectangular work. If like most small bespoke joinery companies you need to price arched, circular, elliptical, gothic etc. then it doesn't meet your requirements. I have been told constantly that developments are coming.................. I'm still waiting. I cannot fault the support or office staff but all I hear from the management is that its coming unless I want to pay 1000's more then what I need is pro. My advice is look elsewhere because what is shown on the web site in JMS2 is not available.

I would completely agree with Martin Birt. We have had a terrible experience with the software and after talking to a previous employee of Joinerysoft we are not alone in our frustration with the product. To make matters worst we were promised if we paid for the new version (pro/V4) this would be able to do curved work etc. We agreed to purchase this about 8 years ago at a show and we still are not using this now. I could write a lot more. Please thoroughly research your software options before parting with your money. After spending a lot of time and money on joinerysoft we have finally switched it of and gone back to traditional methods, this has also given me more free time.

Have been with Joinerysoft almost since they started and I must say without this software we probably wouldnt be here today. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the support service is very fast.
