Freddie looks after a couple of our properties and hes absolutely fantastic. So organised and attentive. Would 100% recommend!

Freddie was a fantastic host when we decided to holiday let our house for a few months while we went travelling. He took the time to meet us in person, answered all of our questions in a timely and helpful manner and, based on the reviews, was clearly the perfect host. He was also extremely responsive to any queries we had while we were travelling and dealt with any issues right away. We cannot fault the service - very highly recommended indeed!

Since I chose to start using Freddie and his team to fully manage my property, my life has become easier and the rental revenues have increased dramatically. It took a leap of faith but I'm so glad that I did. Freddie has been very professional in everything he does for me, he has applied his experience to the platform profiles and his communication with customers. I can't imagine not using his services now.

Freddie at Red Kite manages our 2 bed short term letting in central Cheltenham. We decided to find a reliable company to fully manage the property and trust them to take responsibility for all aspects of administration and guest liaison. We are delighted we chose Red Kite. The response from our guests is overwhelmingly positive. Freddie is always 'on the case' and his availability to respond to queries from clients is second to none.
