AVOID AVOID AVOID Based on an advice to continue with tenancy proceedings even though Chancellors have been made aware our house is being offered for, so advice given in bad faith by Chancellors, we have been made to pay management fees for something that has not only not been rented, but has not even been signed to be rented. If you can, avoid them for your tenancy contracts and rather go to any other competitor.
