Lisa has a lovely, calm demeanor and shes very knowledgeable about all her services. I booked 30 minutes of dry needling to address tightness in my upper back & I was genuinely expecting it to just be one of a series of sessions before I felt any real relief. To my amazement, she did a bit of deep tissue and dry needling to address the area and I woke up the next day pain free! Lisas direct, targeted approach is affordable and just plain appreciated in a world where everyone wants to upsell you packages and series even if you dont want or need them. I would highly recommend & couldnt be more pleased with my result!
