Cancelled an insurance to take out a different one and they have taken two payments after assuring me the original one was cancelled. Not impressed!

Renewal premium taken despite not wanting to renew with them! Be very careful people.

Might be a cheap policy but it sure adds up when you are lumbered with the extortionate and unjustified admin fee's - which are for the everyday scenarios. 11 admin fee to set up the policy (granted) 35 to cancel the policy due to moving abroad and sold my caravan - (I did it online via a chat and it took less than 3 minutes...) Premium was only 89 for the year.. I have spent more than half my premium amount in admin fees and am not entitled to any of my premium back, despite only being a few months in. Should have got at least half of it back but it's all been "used" in admin fees. Customer service is okay, but you can tell the staff are just there to reply rather than help i.e. when this x happens, they say xyz, rather than actually wanting to help you. It's not their fault though, they are just people doing what they're told :)
