Great experience from start to finish with Chalford Blinds. They quoted varied options after the home visit, were responsive and friendly during fitting and when I popped into the showroom with queries. They also offer great value - I found their pricing comparable to the 'made to measure' service from one of the big retailers - with the bonus that I didn't have the hassle of fitting the blinds myself. Great to support a local business who care about their customer experience and offer a strong warranty/guarantee on their products.

Very impressed with this family run business who clearly take great pride in all they do. They are knowledgeable, helpful, professional and excellent quality. Because they make the blinds themselves I only had to wait 2 weeks for all the blinds to be fitted in my new build house. Everyone from the sales, fitters and lovely shop manager Emma were friendly and efficient. I would really recommend this company.

I had a pair of cotton curtains made by Chalford blinds a few years ago. The material wasn't pre-shrunk by Chalford blinds and when I took them to dry cleaning a couple of weeks ago and they came back 6cm shorter. I phoned Chalford binds and they arranged an appointment this morning. I arranged to be at home and they haven't turned up.

Friendly, knowledgeable people and efficient, high quality measuring and fitting service. Fabulous choice of window coverings. Really pleased with our new bathroom blinds. Excellent value for money. It was a pleasure to do business with this local firm.
