From appointment making and phone manner to eye tests and aftercare the team at Chipping Norton Opticians are wonderful and give a second-to-none service. Their care with explaining tests, explaining any eye conditions they find and providing follow-up is so very thorough and detailed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any and all friends and family to visit them. Their commitment to patient care and professionalism is outstanding and they are a great asset to the community. Theres nothing else to describe the experience as absolutely fantastic first class! I was very worried on my arrival to the opticians but was made to feel very welcoming by Joanne and the ladies out front. Had a bit of an emergency yesterday and Chipping Norton Opticians sorted me with a same day appointment. The optician was very thorough and reassured me that my problem was not as serious as I had feared it might be. Fabulous service and when I followed up a query this morning they couldn't be more helpful.
