        Lovely helpful staff, who changed collars my husband bought for our Bichon Frises , the ones he bought would have suited a Rottweiler or a St. Bernard ( goodness knows what he was thinking ) and he used a branch 3 hours from our home, and lost the receipt . The staff at a branch near to our home sorted everything out for us, exchanging the large collars for ones that were perfect , and even refunded the difference . I cant praise them enough . Beautiful well presented shop with a very good choice of everything dog ( probably other animals too, I just wasnt looking for anything other than dogs accessories ).
