Katie was amazing at making sure I got my baskets delivered quickly, communication was excellent and most importantly, the baskets and bag I ordered are stunning! I will definitely be shopping here again and highly recommend if you are looking for a beautiful product with a great service.

Great aftercare service! Had a slight issue so contacted the seller who dealt with the problem immediately and respectfully, there communication with me was first class and could have done no more to rectify the situation. A rare find but I have to say this company gave a 10/10 service! Thank you If I could give you 50 stars I would! Also the baskets are just beautiful x

I have visited the Basket Room several times and never gone away empty-handed; I have a LOT of houseplants and many of them are shown off to perfection in TBR gorgeous woven baskets - some vibrant, others more subdued; there is something for any scheme or style. The shop has a good atmosphere and the people are massively helpful - I remember one staff member disappearing into a mountain of baskets out the back, returning with exactly what I was looking for to house a huge Alocasia. Always a pleasure to visit.

Absolute gem of a shop - you WILL not fail to find something you fall in love with. It's really nice to be able to handle the products and see the huge range of colours and combinations. I have bought baskets for plants as well as waste paper baskets. Next on the list is a laundry basket. I find the products beautifully made and I love the fact that you can see whose hands have created the basket - it's a nice connection to another part of the world and a reminder that you are supporting a great project. Good luck to the Basket Room and the lovely team - I will certainly be back!
