Cutts of Campden

My son purchased a superb car from Cutts back in December 2019. It really was fantastic. As the the car only had one key. Cutts ordered a 2nd key and gave it to my son when he picked it up. Julian said that if my son got it programmed Cutts would pay. Due to Covid -19 the key never did get programmed. A couple of weeks ago my son broke his only key. I took it to a garage and had the new key coded. Half expecting to be told it's too late, I rang Cutts and to my surprise got through to Julian. Not only did he remember the car and the key, he did not hesitate to agree to foot the bill. This is what I call exceptional service that deserves an acknowledgement. Thank you Julian.

Bought a car 3 months ago. Great service. Julian has been of great help with the after sales as I had an issue with the aircon and they replaced the unit straight away. Also any other niggly issues they resolved with their three month warranty. Would highly recommend !
