        It is no wonder the NHS is in the mess it is, I have been in pain for a week and as it is not going I thought I would call the doctors today, however the receptionist who answered the phone told me as the pain did not start within the last 12 hours I will have to wait weeks to see my doctor, and she actually told me it is most likely a bug (must be a doctor on the side). After a lot of discussion at the chemists , a referal from the practice manager to a doctor I finally managed to see one. Receptionists should not be giving medical advice, which she denied at first then admitted yes she had said it

        Complete waste of time don't bother asking for an appointment unless you want to wait a month or more desperate to speak or see a doctor and receptionist wint help!!!
