Emma was so helpful to us throughout the whole process. She was very easy to talk to when we first enquired about the property, helped us arrange viewings that were convenient to us and answered all the questions we had. Whilst we were offering, she was very quick in coming back to us and kept in touch throughout the whole process to make sure we were happy, and everything was running smoothly. I couldn't recommend Emma more, and she helped us achieve our dream of buying our first home!

Emma has been an excellent communicator throughout the procedure of my house purchase. She acted as the agent for my vendors but has also been very proactive in supporting and liaising with me throughout the process. I cannot recommend her highly enough. The personal touches were so important and ultimately a celebratory bottle of fizz. Unexpected and delightful.
