This company is totally inflexible, disfranchised with every franchisee, being able to make up their own terms and conditions. After making my booking coming through Google search words in relation to vehicle hire delivery, I placed an order. I live in Godalming in Surrey I didnt realise theyve been booked through the Chippenham branch, which I thought was strange, but understood that they might come from different directions as a mobile service. When I reached out with more than 24 hours before the booking and roughly 36 hours, after I have made the booking, they simply replied, saying you havent cancelled within 48 hours, so we keep it all your money. When I then try to speak to them around moving vehicle to a different branch, they said

What a brilliant service from the booking through to the return. The reception and staff so welcoming and helpful. The van suggested was perfect and in brilliant condition and I particularly liked the no pressure to rush back with the van. Such a competitive price too. Special Thankyou to Cat and Sarah for their welcome and advice and such a cheery disposition. Also Thankyou for make us smile and jollying us up Terry. Great team
