Would advise to avoid this company. Report 2 weeks late and the surveyor had to pull up a picture of the house to remember it in order to provide details. Complained re the delay and the multiple issues (wasp nest, damp etc etc) . We were advised technical issues caused the delay even though there are countless reviews stating the exact same issue (over promising quick turn around). Response to the complaint dishonest. Would not recommend this company.

Got several sales calls and emails. I was promised a quick turn around of 5 working days for the report following the inspection. This did not happen despite chasing with no reason why and no communication. Clearly they overstate their services to win work - avoid.

They were ok. In my case, the survey was decent enough, but wouldve been good to have photos of the issues the surveyor was referencing. The photos that were included, were not useful as they didnt show any of the defects so in some cases it was hard to know what the surveyor was actually describing. I did appreciate the phone call that the surveyor made to me while he was at the property to give me an overview and to answer any questions I had. It was also arranged quickly (within about 3 business days I think). The survey was received 4 business days after the visit so not too bad. In summary, it was ok, not amazing, photos of the actual defects identified wouldve bumped this up a star or two. Other thing Id say is I had a question after receiving the survey, I had the surveyors phone number from when he called me, so I texted him. I got an email back from one of their office staff with his reply the next day. It did answer my query, but this sort of interaction does make it feel like the surveyor doesnt want to interact with you again (wouldve taken 1 minute to just reply to my text directly). I get this may be down to their companys procedures though, maybe they tell the surveyors not to reply to a customer directly if there are any followup questions. Anyone reading this needs to keep in mind they use a network of different surveyors across the UK, so everyones experience is probably going to be different to each others depending on which part of the UK youre in.
