        I now take back my 5 star review. I called today to book an appointment with my doctor with an actually health issue. A real concerning one. But the lady on the phone couldnt be any more rude if she tried. It takes a lot of some people to ring their local doctors for help and to be spoken to the way I was has smashed all hope to get my issue resolved. I get that the NHS is under pressure etc, but even I would be willing to take this persons job just so I can at least speak kindly over the phone to somebody really, really struggling. Terrible, and I am not one to complain!

        Yvonne helped me tremendously today and was so lovely to speak to. I love this surgery! I have been with them since I was a baby and have NEVER had an issue getting through to them or getting appointments, although Yvonne helped me today, the whole reception team are always so helpful and lovely despite the pressure of their jobs! Keep up the fab work guys! It doesnt go un-noticed!!

        Same day prescriptions, and my last few consultations have happened within a few hours of the request. I've tried a lot of GP surgeries across Somerset, South Wales and Wiltshire - by far the best service from Rowden!
