I have on-going problems with my neck, shoulders and back due to damage resulting from a car accident in my youth. I've spent many hours with osteopaths and massage therapists over the last three decades. Elaine Howard, Remedial/Sports Therapist at Kinetic Energy Studios, is absolutely first-rate. I recently had one of the best and most effective treatments I have ever received over the years, from her. Elaine is warm, professional, and she is instinctive as well as highly knowledgeable in the way she conducted my treatment. HIghly recommended.

Elaine is a fantastic masseuse. I went to relieve tension and got much more than I expected Including learning about the body, different muscle areas, areas of tension and suggestions of different stretches to help me continue to release the tension. I will certainly be going back to Elaine and will recommend her to all my friends and family.

Ive been going to The Strength Studio once or twice a week for 7 months now and love it. The classes are small, friendly and motivating. I always leave having had a good work out

Kat is encouraging, supportive, extremely knowledgeable and motivating Personal Trainer. Her class sizes are small and personal and the studio is a real sanctuary away from busy life.
