        Five CRM support has gone down hill, we send emails and have very limited to no response - System has bugs / slow servers that can't cope at times which is frustrating. I am not sure if your team are all still working from home, but if so my advice is to get them all back in the office because there is an evident service drop since the pandemic. if someone sees this, please call Aaron Mourton at our offices (Rydal Group)

        Loyal customer for 7 years and missed a single payment, to be told our data has been deleted without backup or export. Definitely one to avoid. In IT it's all about resolving issues .... not causing them ! #MinusFiveCRM would choose zero stars if it let us !
