        They cut me a key which would not work and refused to refund me as its company policy not to refund unless you have a receipt. This is despite Timpson being embossed on the useless key.

        Terrible. Dry cleaning I took to them at the beginning of June has disappeared. Two mens suits now gone. I am attempting to engage with their complaints/claim procedure. That too seems to have fallen into a black hole. Awful. Don't go there if you want your property properly looked after.

        Super friendly staff but only use them for certain things. Never had any luck with their key cutting service. I have been back twice for one set of keys and they still don't work! I live in one of the surrounding villages so have to make a special trip and it is very frustrating! They are great for shoe repairs though.
