I was the OG tenant of the house. Been at the property for almost 3 years. Found it on Spare Rooms. Photos can not do this place justice, the rooms is much larger in person and well furnished. Had all I needed for my stay. Simon guided me through to completion of the referencing and contract signing, hassle free! Everything was well defined. Simon is very responsive landlord and will sort things out for you or the room/house. Very friendly and easy going landlord. Highly recommended! If you're looking, don't think too long! Thanks for everything Simon, it's been an absolute pleasure!

Amazing room at a great price. From start to finish the landlord was always incredibly responsive and helped with any queries. The property was kept in an immaculate state with the weekly cleaner who is lovely. Likewise, the rooms are clean, modern and have all the required furnishings. Cannot find a single fault with Simon at Willow Bay, will always recommend to anyone staying in Chippenham!

Nothing but good words to say about Willow Bay Properties - the property where I was a tenant was clean, modern and very well looked after, and Simon and Amy from Willow Bay were always willing to help whenever I had a question or needed any help. Very professional and friendly landlords and I would recommend them and their properties.
