        I am absolutely furious! I have received a hand written spam letter from this organisation to whom i do not belong to. I have had to pay excess postage because they never put enough postage on the letter so I have had to pay postage on a letter that I have no interest in due to this intrusion. I would appreciate it if whoever reads this can provide me with an email address so that I can contact Sarah or Mark in order to redeem the postage that I should never have had to pay.
