I was recommended Brignall opticians by a family member and I wasnt disappointed. After a bit so nice experience at another opticians I tried to keep expectations low. The whole team at Brignalls were extremely helpful from the start. Rachel spent much more time than I expected getting my prescription just right and Neelam was so attentive to my needs when sorting glasses. Great value and great team. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

After having an issue with my eyes for many years & never been able to get the issue diagnosed properly I was recommended to Brignall's which was amazing. Within 2minutes of answering a few questions my optician diagnosed the problem. Brignall's opticians & staff are so professional & thorough & they take time to make sure you're appointment is not rushed in anyway & that you are happy with the results. I highly recommend this opticians. Definitely deserve 10/10

Excellent customer service, they take time to do the eye tests and check your prescription. You are a customer not another number and they have invested in excellent equipment. I have confidence in the team here and think it is so important to support these independent businesses that care.
