        I visit this home regularly in a professional capacity and have always received a warm welcome. All staff are friendly and only too happy to help, and I've seen the time they dedicate to those they support. They put on a range of activities and have excellent facilities. I've never witnessed anything which gives me cause for concern. As someone with dementia in the family, I wouldn't hesitate to consider Ferfoot for my relative.

        I have been supporting the team at Ferfoot for 3yrs as their trainer. I have seen colleagues grow into their roles and looks after the residents with Love Empathy and Kindness. I have seen colleagues going over and above their roles to ensure that residents feel that Ferfoot is their home. Well done to Leanne and the team.

        Visited my sister again today. Impressed with her care. All the staff seem thoughtful, caring and very aware of my sister's needs. The home is beautifully clean. The food looks nutritious, and is well presented.
