The Total Letting Service

Total Lettings and I have been associated for 20 plus years. They have given me invaluable advice and made my time as a landlord relatively stress free. They have been professional, helpful, kind and understanding at all times. The last 2 tenants stayed with me for 10 and 7 years and only moved on because I sold the properties. A first class service from the whole team and I would/will/have recommended them over the years. Thank you for everything.

I moved into a property in Chippenham with my other half, and over the subsequent three years we found the staff at the Total Letting Service to be extremely helpful, approachable and proactive in all communications. The staff are positive, conscientious and nothing was ever too much trouble. On recently checking out of the property, the Total Letting Service were extremely supportive and helpful. I couldnt recommend this company enough if you are considering a move!
